View Hip Online

Once your HIP has been ordered and paid for you will receive an email within 24hrs to confirm that you can begin marketing your property.  An energy assessor will book an appointment to conduct an energy inspection (epc) at your premises and a password will be sent to your email address.  This password can be used to gain access to your HIP via our HIP viewer below.

Please click on the link below and key in your postcode or street name and then your password supplied via our confirmation email.  This will show the sections that have been completed, and those awaiting completion. All the parts should usually be complete in about 10-15 working days.
