This price is for registered & freehold properties only. For leasehold properties please add £30 to the total for the lease document (£288.74 inc VAT).

Our customers for HIP packs & EPC include a wide range of estate agents and conveyancers. Since December 2007 it has become mandatory for sellers of domestic properties to provide a HIP (home information pack) for the buyer, in accordance with the regulations of Housing Act 2004.
