Our HIP packs meet the requirements of Housing Act 2004, and once commissioned will enable the seller to begin marketing their property (within 24 hours!) and have a completed HIP pack within a a short period of time.  

They are produced by legally trained professionals and comprise of the following:

 * HMLR Official Copy Land Registry & Title Plan

 * Con29DW Official Drainage & Water Search

 * Searches regulated (HIP Code) by Property Code Compliance Board (PCCB)
