How much does it cost?

We offer the the EPC, or the complete HIP pack which includes all relevent documentation as per the Housing Act 2004.  

• EPC alone - £44.99+vat (i.e. £52.86 inc vat)
• The complete HIP service is £219.99+vat (i.e. £258.49 inc vat) & this includes the EPC. 
• For leasehold properties for HIPs please add a further £30 for the lease to the total i.e. £288.75
